2005 Rates
The Green Parrot rents for $1500 (US) a week. Up to eight adults and older children can be accommodated. Young children and infants are not included in the 8 person limit. Young children and infants are welcome, but cribs, cots or extra beds cannot be provided.
The rental period must be for at least one week. Any extra days you wish to stay after one week will be charged on a pro-rated basis.
One week's rent is due at time of booking and in full before you arrive. Upon receipt of your payment we will provide you with details about keys, location, house policies, and everything else you will need to know.
